• Sterile gauze pads and a roll of tape
• An elastic bandage
• An instant cold pack
• Small scissors and tweezers
• Disposable gloves
• A digital thermometer

• A repairing balm for minor burns and dry skin
• Your family doctor's number and the emergency number, written on a card

Open the kit every three months. Replace what was used and anything past its date. Keep it somewhere every adult in the house knows, and out of children's reach.
